Hi, I’m Jay E. Redmond, MSW—a social worker, consultant, and advocate with nearly twenty years of experience serving children, families, and communities.

 

I founded Transformational Dynamics in Service (TDS) to bring equity, resilience, and belonging into spaces where systems often fall short.

I’ve worked within child welfare, disability services, and nonprofit agencies, while also developing a network of community partnerships, with a consistent focus on practical, ethical service that creates solutions tailored to individual needs.

My own journey reminds me daily that every person deserves to be recognized in their fullness, and that truth drives my mission: to create spaces where people are not defined by a single story, but empowered to live into all of who they are.

I don’t just offer services; I show up when systems fall short, walking alongside people and organizations as they write new futures.
