Jay Redmond is a social worker, consultant, and expert witness with over 20 years of experience in child welfare and family support systems. He specializes in helping professionals and organizations create support that is practical, relational, and grounded in real life.

Through Transformational Dynamics in Service, Jay partners with communities and systems to strengthen outcomes for children and families, with a focus on prevention, collaboration, and belonging.

Leslie Pope

Leslie Pope is a veteran and social service professional with a degree in Criminal Justice and experience working within child welfare systems. His work focuses on supporting marginalized communities with clarity, consistency, and respect.

With a background that bridges criminal justice and social support, Leslie is committed to advocacy, accountability, and helping systems respond in ways that prioritize dignity and real-world impact.

Andrea McAllister MSW

Andrea McAllister is a social worker with an MSW and a strong background in both child welfare and early childhood education. Her work focuses on supporting children and families across systems, with particular expertise in early learning and preschool development.

With experience that bridges intervention and prevention, Andrea brings a thoughtful, informed approach to helping systems and communities better support young children and their families.
